After losing my beloved sister to cancer in 2022, I found a deeper purpose in helping women feel beautiful and supported through all of life's chapters - even the hardest ones. My journey - from heartbreak to hope - has shaped Hair4U into so much more than a boutique. It is a vibrant community where every woman, of every background, style, and skin tone, is seen and celebrated. This brand stands for resilience, diversity, and empowerment. Through Hair4U, my sister's legacy lives on, inspiring others to show up as their most confident, authentic selves and reminding us all that true beauty begins within community.

Meet the Founder

Rhonda Bailey
Rhonda Bailey is a 37-year-old multi-business entrepreneur, business mogul and the founder and owner of Hair4u. Originally from Gary, Indiana, her journey has taken her from the Midwest to Georgia and back again. She is now based primarily in the Chicago and Des Plaines, Illinois area, where she continues building her businesses and expanding the Hair4u vision.
As Hair4u’s Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Rhonda personally oversees the company’s creative direction, finances, product development, daily operations and long-term growth. Although her entrepreneurial portfolio also includes a cooking and food business, Hair4u remains her primary passion and the brand she works hardest to develop.
Rhonda has no children and has dedicated much of her time, energy and purpose to building her businesses, creating a meaningful legacy and helping other women feel confident. She founded Hair4u in 2023 to create a complete hair, beauty, fashion and self-care destination representing baddies worldwide.
Her mission is especially personal because she lost her sister to cancer on September 9, 2022. Rhonda honors her sister’s memory through Hair4u’s commitment to supporting women, including cancer patients and others experiencing hair loss, as they rediscover their beauty, confidence and sense of self.
Rhonda embodies the spirit of Hair4u: ambitious, resilient, stylish, compassionate and unapologetically confident. She is a professional woman with a luxury mindset, a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to create opportunities, build community and make every customer feel seen and valuable.
More than a business owner, Rhonda is building an international beauty and lifestyle movement. Her goal is to grow Hair4u from its online foundation into a successful physical boutique while continuing to offer affordable luxury to women everywhere.
